- As stated on the labels attached to our clothing, care must be taken when washing,
ironing etc. Monica de Almeida cannot accept responsibility unless it is proven that the
defect is the responsibility of the manufacturers. IN THE CASE OF FACTORY DEFECT THE ITEM
WILL BE THEN EXCHANGED FOR A NEW ONE EXACTLY THE SAME, SIMILAR OR EQUAL IN VALUE.
